The corps' commanders handed over 10 certificates of merits to outstanding officers

At the talk, participants raised questions about policies for young officers and expressed hope to receive more training to improve their knowledge, skills and expertise. Senior Colonel Pham Ngoc Tuan, the corps' commander, answered participants' questions, took note of their proposals and promised to solve all soon
