Attending the closing ceremony were Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Phuong Nam, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army, Senior Lieutenant General Do Can, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics, representatives of functional bodies of the Ministry of National Defense, and relevant units.

According to the assessment of the Steering Board of the exercise, the program met all the set targets with absolute safety for both personnel and equipment. These resulted from the unit’s strict observation of the higher levels’ directives and its meticulous preparation for the event.

Speaking at the ceremony, General Nam valued the efforts of the Steering Board and related bodies, especially in producing documents for the operation of the exercise. He reaffirmed that the exercise was a success, meeting all of the set requirements and urged the participating units to draw experience from the exercise, adjust their combat plans so they can be applied to real situations, and accelerate training quality, contributing to fulfilling their assigned missions in the current context.
