PANO - Factory X51 under the General Department of Defence Industry, on October 1st, launched Surveillance Ship TS500-01, built on an order from the Vietnam Coast Guard Command.

 

The steel-clad ship with the length of 38.2m, the width of 7.8m, and velocity of 10 nautical miles per hour is assigned to carry out law enforcement missions.

This is the first 500CV ship launched under the contract to build new surveillance ships for the Vietnam Coast Guard Command. The second one is under construction and expected to be finished soon.
