In his speech, Sr. Col. Nguyen Van Tranh emphasized that the Coast Guard Region 4 Command always attaches great importance to the solidarity and friendship with the Cambodian Frontline Tactical Command. He hoped that both sides would continue to strengthen information exchange and maintain close coordination, especially in managing adjacent sea areas and jointly combating violations of maritime law.

He suggested the two sides further promote information exchange regarding maritime security and safety, particularly in cases involving Cambodian authorities inspecting and handling Vietnamese fishing vessels operating in the historic waters.
