It was stated by Lieutenant General Nguyen Trong Nghia, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army, at his reception to a delegation from the Party Organization and Personnel Departments under the General Department of Politics of the Laos People’s Army, led by Lieutenant Colonel Sombat Bunkhamkong, Deputy Director of the Party Organization Department.
General Nghia held that the visit was part of significant activities contributing to boosting the understanding and consolidating the friendship and special cooperation between the two Parties, States, peoples and armies.
Thanking the host for a warm welcome, the guest briefed the host on the outcome of its working session with Vietnamese counterparts. Accordingly, the two sides discussed and shared experience in training and fostering personnel and the building of strong Party cells, as well as the management of party members in the army.
