The operation of this centre would help develop skilled IT human resources with good command of English language, meeting the demands of building the Vietnam People’s Army and domestic and regional labour market.
So far, the Telecommunications University has well prepared for the establishment of this centre and the reception of two IT and foreign language rooms from India. It has also set up plans and prepared personnel to take part in training courses to be opened in India and other delegation exchanges.
Also at the session, General Vinh and the Indian Ambassador highly appreciated the preparations of the university. General Vinh directed the unit to cooperate with other relevant organs and defence attachés of the Indian Embassy in Vietnam to complete procedures to get equipment and technology transferring from India and to build curricula to put the centre into operation in the first quarter of 2015 and to set up a development project for the centre.
