35 Lao military cadres attend the course. During the three-month long course (from July 3 to September 27), trainees will be provided with necessary knowledge of ensuring smooth operations of information and communications system at strategic level to meet all requirements of training and combat readiness missions while improving teaching skills for Lao military instructors to fulfill all education and training tasks in the current context.

The trainees will receive certificates after finishing the course.
