Major General Nguyen Quoc Toan emphasized the deep and long-standing relationship between Vietnam and Laos, which has been nurtured over generations. For his part, Colonel Phoungan Phommuang thanked the Hanoi Capital Military Command for their hospitality and support during the Lao delegation's visit to Vietnam. He expressed his delight at the achievements of the Hanoi Capital Military Command and believed that Hanoi city’s armed forces would continue to develop, contributing to maintaining political stability, social order, and economic development in the city and the whole country.
