A view of the event

During the two-month course, the Lao trainees learnt 11 specialized modules on crop cultivation techniques, care and pest control for food and industrial crops, livestock and poultry farming, freshwater aquaculture, and agricultural production and business planning. The course was organized in a scientific and structured manner, combining theoretical study with hands-on practice and field trips to agricultural production models within the unit and local communities in Gia Lai Province.

At the end of the program, all the trainees successfully completed the course, with 3 achieving excellent grades and 17 receiving good grades. The participants expressed their appreciation for the thoughtful support and favorable conditions provided by Corps 15 and the college in terms of facilities, living conditions, learning environment, and cultural and sports exchange activities.

Speaking at the ceremony, a Lao representative extended sincere gratitude to Corps 15 and Vocational College No.21 for their dedicated guidance and support, which enabled the trainees to successfully complete the program. He emphasized that the knowledge and experience gained during the course would serve as valuable assets for Lao officers to enhance their professional competence and effectively apply what they learned to agricultural and economic development in their localities.

The successful completion of the course contributes practically to strengthening the traditional friendship, solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between the Ministries of Defense of Vietnam and Laos. It also reflects Corps 15’s commitment and responsibility in conducting defense diplomacy and human resource training for its Lao peers.
