The event aimed to raise the competence and leadership capacity of the unit’s chain-of-command, officers and soldiers, as well as increase the quality of training and combat readiness work. It also helped the participating units adjust the combat readiness posture shifting exercise plans in line with reality and assigned tasks in the coming time.

According to Senior Colonel Nguyen Cong Tuan, Second-in-Commanding and Chief of Staff of the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command, the command required its agencies and units to be well-prepared for the exercise, particularly mapping out specific plans, defining contents, and conducting training for chains-of-command of agencies and units. Attentively, the command asked the agencies and units to supplement contents close to real situations, thereby flexibly dealing with any circumstances and meeting task requirements in the new context.
