PANO – Five delegations comprised of more than 200 members from Vietnam, Singapore, the United States, and Japan will attend the 20th World Police Band Concert in Ho Chi Minh City from November 14th to 15th.

According to the organizing panel, the event will start with a ceremony and a street parade along the Dong Khoi - Ton Duc Thang - Nguyen Hue route on November 14th. On the afternoon of November 15th, the delegations will attend the main concert at Hoa Binh Theatre.
The 20th World Police Band Concert aims at strengthening cooperation between Vietnam and countries in the world in general, and Japan in particular. This is the chance to show the world the hospitality and aspiration for peace of the Vietnamese people.
Initiated by the Mainichi Newspaper, the World Police Band Concert has been organized annually since 1996 in numerous countries. This is the second time the event has been held in Vietnam. The first time was in 2011 in Hanoi.
