Analysing the significance of the visit, Lamoudi stated that it will help consolidate bilateral relations and promote increasingly rich and diverse cooperation between the two countries. He emphasised that Algeria places high expectations on this visit and believes it will be a success.

Regarding the current state of relations, he noted that the two countries have maintained fine bilateral ties, based on the spirit of active solidarity between their people.

Recalling historical milestones, Lamoudi mentioned the first contact between representatives of the FLN and the Communist Party of Vietnam on the sidelines of the 1955 Asian-African Conference in Bandung, Indonesia. Since then, the relations have strengthened and expanded, demonstrating the strong bond between the two nations.

The relationship between the two Parties has thus been built on a solid foundation, reflecting shared values between the two peoples and Parties. He noted that both Parties have agreed upon a draft cooperation protocol, and it is expected that the signing ceremony will take place soon.

According to him, the FLN General Secretary closely follows the development of bilateral relations and is determined to strengthen and expand cooperation across all fields.
