In his message, Hue noted with his satisfaction that the sound traditional friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and the Czech Republic and the two countries’ legislative bodies are growing.

He believed that with sentiments and support of Vystrcil, the relations between the countries and legislative bodies will continue to be strengthened and strongly developed.

Vietnam and the Czech Republic set up diplomatic ties on February 2, 1950.

The same day, N.A. Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Turkish Grand National Assembly Mustafa Sentop on the 98th Republic Day of Turkey (October 29).

Hue spoke highly of important achievements of Turkey in national construction and development.

Hue said he believes that with both sides’ efforts, the Vietnam-Turkey traditional friendship will be consolidated for the benefits of the two nations, for peace and development in the region and the world.

The two countries established diplomatic relations in 1978.
