The article reads, “with a burning desire for national independence and freedom, Ho Chi Minh travelled the world, working in and observing different societies and learning about the theories and operations of typical examples of revolutions in the world. He then found Marxism-Leninism and studied the scientific revolutionary methodology of the ideology. There, he found the fundamental issues of the path to national liberation, which stresses national liberation in association with social class and human liberation, and national independence in combination with socialism”.
He then founded the Communist Party of Vietnam in 1930. With the first political platform of the Party, the Vietnamese revolutionary and salvation path was defined. Under the leadership of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh, the Vietnamese people successfully carried out the August Revolution in 1945, made the resounding victory in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign in 1954, and liberated the South and reunified the nation in 1975.
The article praised President Ho Chi Minh as a noble symbol of patriotism and international proletarianism. His greatest contribution to the era was the finding of the correct path to national liberation and inspiring hundreds of millions of oppressed people in colonized nations. Therefore, he was loved by not only the Vietnamese people, but also all oppressed people in the world.
A recent article from Paxaxon Newspaper of Laos also reaffirmed that under the leadership of President Ho Chi Minh, the people of Vietnam made resounding victories in the 20th century, liberating the people and reunifying the nation.
Talking about President Ho Chi Minh, Comrade Kikeo Khaykhamphithoun, Politburo member and Deputy Prime Minister of Laos, stressed that President Ho Chi Minh’s noble revolutionary spirit and thought served as the guiding star for the solidarity in combat of the Lao people, helping the Lao revolution reach its final victory in 1975. The victory has laid the basis for the foundation of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic.
Despite historical upheavals, Vietnam has always steadfastly embarked on the path chosen by President Ho Chi Minh. Under the leadership of the Communist Party, the country has developed into a more powerful country in the region, and effectively integrated into the world economy.
Impressed by the development of Vietnam, Strife, an internationally recognized blog and peer-reviewed academic journal in the U.K., recently ran an article titled “Vietnam: a power on the rise!”
