The newspaper published 33 issues during the Dien Bien Phu Campaign, reflecting the struggle for independence of the Vietnamese troops and people and the activities of the three Indochina countries.
Over the past time, PAN has cooperated with press agencies of Cambodia to popularize the relationship between the two countries, with a focus on external affairs and defense relations between Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
