Minwoo Lee wins VTV cycling tourney’s fourth stage
PANO – The fourth stage of the VTV International Cycling Tournament - Ton Hoa Sen Cup, which is 54km long, started on September 5 with 20 laps around the Ho Chi Minh Square in Vinh city, Nghe An province.
Korean cyclist Minwoo Lee of the Korail Cycle team hit the finishing line first after one hour 11 minutes and 54 seconds, at an average speed of 45.063km per hour.

The runner up was Le Van Duan of the Vietnam USA Society English-Ho Chi Minh City team.
The third position went to Huynh Thanh Tung of the Military Region 7 team.
As a result, Le Van Duan retained yellow and green jerseys after all.
The fifth stage of the tournament, a grueling stretch of 148kms from Ha Tinh province to Dong Hoi city of Quang Binh province, began on September 6.
