Cyclist Pham Quoc Cuong wins the yellow jersey

The winner of the yellow jersey is cyclist Pham Quoc Cuong from Domesco Pharmacy Dong Thap while the green jersey went to cyclist Le Nguyet Minh of VUS-Ho Chi Minh City and the white jersey belonged to cyclist Nguyen Minh Luan from Vietnam Team.

VUS-Ho Chi Minh City ranks first ingroup category, followed by Hat Ngoc Troi (Heavenly Gem) An Giang and Bike Life Dong Nai.

Earlier on the same day, cyclists rode 174km from Kien Duc town of Dak Rlap district, Dak Nong province to Thu Dau Mot city of Binh Duong province, completing the final stage of the race. Cyclist Nguyen Minh Viet from Dai Nam Binh Duong finished first after 4h7’17’’ at the average speed of 42.2km per hour.

The tournament was highly appreciated for its quality, organization and management. This year’s tournament gathered nearly 60 cyclists from nine strong teams nationwide, riding more than 1,100km around South Central, Central Highlands and South East provinces.
