A week-long exhibition, entitled “50 years in remembrance of Uncle Ho’s visit to Vinh Phuc Province and Implementation of Uncle Ho’s teachings”, opened on March 1st in Vinh Phuc Province by the province’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Ho Chi Minh Museum.
On display are more than 300 exhibits, documentaries and images giving a general introduction about President Ho Chi Minh’s life and revolutionary career, his sentiment and thorough concerns for Vinh Phuc Province’s Party committee and people, as well as the province’s socio-economic development.
Visiting Vinh Phuc Province on March 2nd, 1963, President Ho Chi Minh asked the province to try its best to be one of the most prosperous cities in North Vietnam. Following his recommendation, the province has attained great achievements in developing the province.
The exhibition is one of the activities starting the 2013 Vinh Phuc Tourism Cultural Week.
