The event expects to showcase the perfect blend of Vietnam – Sri Lanka fashion, spectacularly through the delivery of talented models, representing a wide range of ages, skin colors and shapes.

The Sri Lankan weaving industry has a history of nearly three thousand years, and even today Sri Lankan hand loom products portray their rich heritage and cultural diversity in their designs and technologies.

The event, Sri Lanka and Vietnam Celebrating Friendship through Fashion, is part of farewell activities for Ambassador Hasanthi Dissanayake during her term in Vietnam.
