The artwork is the outcome of the project Arts Build Communities (ABC) by Kien Hoa Design Company, undertaken by young painters from Ho Chi Minh City since last December.

The colorful wall hangings not only bring a fresh atmosphere to the residential area here, but also helps the audience reminisce about images of old Hanoi with tramcars passing by the Old Quarter streets, Hanoi girls wearing “ao dai” (traditional long dress), and flower markets full of blossoms.

The paintings are intriguing, in both esthetic and educational terms, to become an ideal photogenic spot to attract young people.
