PANO - Many children have taken part in a two-day program “Enjoying Mid-Autumn Festival and Exploring Southeast Asia” launched by the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology in Hanoi.

In this program, opened on September 14th, children are instructed how to make mid-autumn toys, star lanterns, masks from leaves, paper, clay and flour and to make traditional dishes and moon cakes.

They will also have a chance to play traditional games, enjoy traditional arts such as water puppetry, lion dances, children’s song singing.

On the occasion, the participants can find out more about unique cultures of some Southeast Asian nations via games, photos, traditional art performances and food.
