At the event, Nga wears an Ao Dai, the Vietnamese traditional dress, designed by Khanh Shyna. The dress, is made of brocade and traditional silk and has two key points of inspiration behind it. Firstly the phoenix, a sacred animal according to Vietnamese belief. Secondly Phap Lam art provided inspiration for the dress, a type of enamel painting and carving on copper that originates from Hue city
