Kite flying Festival 2018 held
PANO – A Kite Flying Festival 2018 was kicked off on June 24 at Dam Sen Cultural Park.

During the festival, participants have chance to enjoy the display of many kites in the sky. Especially, artist Pham Van gives visitors an impressive display of 3D kite-flying.
Artists also introduce kids to kite flying techniques.
The festival will run until the end of July.
