Leaders cut the ribbon to inaugurate Nguyen Hue Flower Street 2025.

This year’s Flower Street will remain open for visitors until February 2 (the 5th day of Tet). Featuring over 109,000 flower baskets, the street is divided into three sections, including “Unity,” “Transformation,” and “Development.” These themes symbolize Vietnam's historical journey and its aspirations for the future.

The highlight of this year’s Flower Street is the 90 snake mascots in diverse shapes and expressions. Notably, a pair of snakes grace the entrance with their intricately intertwined forms, creating a base spanning over 11m in width and a height of over 6m. At the end of the street, visitors will find the grand "Lady Snake," a stunning creation over 50m long and 10m high, adorned with traditional Southern Vietnamese elements like a khan ran (traditional checkered black and white scarf) and non la (palm-leaf conical hat).

Adding to the cultural diversity, consulates from countries such as the U.S., the Netherlands, Laos, Italy, Indonesia, the Republic of Korea, Russia, China, and Thailand contributed unique designs and displays reflecting their New Year customs. This blend of international and Vietnamese culture provides visitors with an unforgettable springtime experience.

As one of the city’s most iconic Tet traditions, Nguyen Hue Flower Street—now in its 22nd year - continues to be an indispensable destination for residents and tourists alike.
