Exhibition marks 50-year implementation of President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament
PANO – An exhibition to mark the 50-year implementation of President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament was jointly opened by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ho Chi Minh Museum, and Archive Department of the Party Central Committee Office on August 19 in Hanoi.
Head of the Central Commission for Information and Education Vo Van Thuong attended the event.
Containing over 250 documents, objects, images, and documentary films, the exhibition introduces Vietnam's outstanding achievements during the glorious journey of 50 years on implementing Uncle Ho’s testament.

The four-month long exhibition also contributes to encouraging people to continue following Uncle Ho’s Testament in the cause of the national construction and development.
The exhibition consists of four parts: the South Liberation and National Reunification Day (1969-1975); Reconstruction and safeguarding of the country (1975-1986); Innovation and development (1986-1995); and Integration and development (1995-2019).
The first part reviews the historic milestones of the country after the passing of President Ho Chi Minh while the second part presents images and documents on the reconstruction of the Fatherland.
The third part features an overview of the nation after 10 years of liberation and the beginning of socialism building. The last part embraces the development of the country during the renewal period.
