The festival will run from November 17 to December 2 at the Youth Theater in Hanoi and the Conservatory of Music in Ho Chi Minh City.
EU music festival to be spellbinding
The annual cultural event is jointly organized by the Delegation of the European Union (EU) to Vietnam, the Embassies of EU Member States and the European Cultural Institutes. Bringing together musical talent from all around Europe, the festival aims to celebrate the richness and diversity of European culture, according to Ambassador Bruno Angelet, head of the EU delegation.
"The European Union and Vietnam continue to strengthen links. Cultural exchanges and public diplomacy are an important part of these efforts,” he said. “Events such as the European Music Festival showcase the EU’s motto, which is ‘unity in diversity’."
