PANO - Do My Linh, a 20-year-old student from Hanoi was crowned Miss Vietnam 2016 on Sunday night after fighting off stiff competition from 29 other young contestants in the final round of the national pageant held at the Phu Tho Gymnasium in Ho Chi Minh city.

The 1.71m-tall beauty has the measurements of 87-61.5-91. She also advanced to Top 15 in Miss Universe 2015.
The first runner-up is Ngo Thanh Thanh Tu, a 22-year-old student at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam while the second runner-up, Huynh Thi Thuy Dung, is a 20-year-old student at the Ho Chi Minh City Foreign Trade University.
The organizers also announced Pham Thuy Tien as Miss Humanity, Bui Nu Kieu Vy as Miss Ao Dai (Vietnam traditional dress), Tran To Nhu as Miss Beautiful Face, Huynh Thi Thuy Dung as Miss Talent, Dao Thi Ha as Miss Sea, and Sai Thi Huong Ly as Miss Beautiful Hair.
