According to Assoc. Prof., Dr. Nguyen The Ky, Chairman of the Central Council for Theory and Criticism of Literature and Art, the life of today’s troops is different. Thus, composers must experience the life of troops to be fully-aware of them. Ky highlighted images of soldiers in the front-line of COVID-19 combat, search and rescue operations, and border management and protection, among others. He noted that compositions should give good orientations so that readers and viewers could know difficulties and challenges facing soldiers and their great efforts.
