Choir festival organized to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh
PANO – A choir festival entitled “Songs for Uncle Ho” has been organized in Ho Chi Minh City.
The festival saw the participation of 24 teams with more than 1,300 amateur performers from cultural centers of the city’s districts.

All teams had well prepared their programs highlighting the nation’s heroic and glorious history of the country and the Party, Uncle Ho’s beloved images, and the achievements of the cities and the country.
The festival aimed at enriching the cultural life for the city as well as developing the choral art genre in modern times.
In addition, the festival promoted the campaign of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morals and style in celebration of his 128th birth anniversary (May 19).
