Book about Uncle Ho makes debut
PANO - The Voice of Vietnam, the Vietnam Journalists’ Association and the Linguistic Society of Vietnam held a ceremony to celebrate the 129th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh and release the book “Uncle Ho and the love for journalism” on May 15 in Hanoi.
The book was written by veteran journalist and writer Phan Quang, former Director General of the Voice of Vietnam and former President of the Vietnam Journalists’ Association.
Thirty five articles and essays were carefully selected and compiled in the book, showing people’s sentiment and telling real-life stories about President Ho Chi Minh as a famous journalist and man of culture.
The book bears great theoretical and practical values for those who work in the press sector.
On this occasion, the Voice of Vietnam introduced two books titled “Keeping the beauty of the Vietnamese language” and “The Vietnamese language through time.”
