PANO – The Vietnam Fine Arts Association, in association with the Lam Dong provincial People’s Committee, kicked off the 21st art exhibition in the Southeast region on August 12.

On display are 154 typical art works, created from May 2015 to June 2016 by painters from the 9 cities and provinces of Lam Dong, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh, Ba Ria- Vung Tau, Dak Nong, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan.
The works were painted on lacquer, paper, wood (sculpture), and recycled materials, featuring national islands, socio-economic development, natural and human beauties of the Southeast region.
According to artist Tran Khanh Chuong, Chairman of the association, the 10-day exhibition will showcase artworks to the public, contributing to promoting fine arts and developing the corps of plastic artists in the region.
