A highlight of the event is the art program themed “Hai Phong – Convergence – Radiance,” consisting of three chapters: “Hai Phong – An Epic at the Nation’s Frontline,” “The Converging Source,” and “Aspiration to Shine.” Through music, dance, and modern stage performances, the program is expected to recreate the historical journey, cultural depth, and strong aspirations of the port city in the new era.
The art program will feature many renowned artists, together with hundreds of professional and amateur performers. Notably, the program also includes the largest-ever fireworks display held in Hai Phong.
Within the framework of the event, Hai Phong authorities also presented the title of Hai Phong Tourism Ambassador 2026 to Nguyen Thi Van Nhi, the second runner-up of Miss Vietnam 2024, and granted recognition certificates for city tourist sites and “Green Tourism Standard Facilities of Hai Phong City” to 10 pioneering tourism units promoting green tourism in the city.
The Red Flamboyant Flower Festival – Hai Phong 2026 is expected to leave a strong impression on visitors and locals, while promoting the image of a dynamic, modern, and culturally rich Hai Phong on its path toward international integration.
