The 6th national cycling tournament is taking place in Hoa Binh province from September 4-12, with the participation of 138 athletes, including 78 male and 60 female racers.

The competition attracted 10 teams namely Domesco Dong Thap, Hanoi, ADC. TH Vinh Long, the Military, BVTV An Giang, HCM City, Thanh Hoa, Son La, Binh Duong and Hoa Binh. They will compete for 24 sets of medals in men’s and women’s single and team events.

Many outstanding athletes took part in this year’s tournament, including Nguyen Thanh Dam from An Giang and Vu Thi Huong from Hanoi, who have both been selected to compete in the upcoming 16th Asian Games (ASIAD 16) in Guangzhou, China.
