This upgrade will not only boost the Dien Bien - Luang Prabang tourism route connecting with Lao localities, but also expand cultural exchanges and leverage the advantages of both provinces. Furthermore, it will help attract investment in warehousing, transport, commerce, agro-forestry processing, and auxiliary services, thereby promoting the circulation of goods, generating employment, and improving the livelihoods of residents on both sides of the border.
