These documents have confirmed Vietnam’s early establishment, exercising, and protection of its sovereignty over the two archipelagos.

Addressing the opening ceremony, Duong Tu, Deputy Head of the department, emphasized the importance of the exhibition in helping raise the awareness and responsibility of local cadres, troops, and people of firmly safeguarding national sovereignty over its seas and islands.
