Army Officer Training School No.1’s youths hold festival on sea and islands
PANO – Army Officer Training School No.1 on December 20 held the “Army Officer Training School No.1’s youths and national sea and islands” festival for its cadets.
The festival with artistic performances praising love for the homeland, national seas and islands, Party, Uncle Ho and the school aimed to raise troops’ awareness of protecting national sovereignty over the seas and islands and following the Party’s guidelines and State’s policies on social-economic development, defense and security consolidation, and protection of national sovereignty over the seas and islands and border areas.

The festival was also part of the military training school’s efforts to train young officers, who are vanguards in national construction and protection cause, absolute loyal to the Party, confident in the leadership of the Party, Central Military Commission and Ministry of National Defense, in protecting national sovereignty over the seas and islands, as well as in dealing with complicated issues at sea and effectively fighting wrongful viewpoints of hostile forces.
Over the past years, the youth organization of the Army Officer Training School No.1 has conducted a number of practical activities to improve troops’ knowledge of national seas and islands.
