To conquer the highest point of the mountain range, tourists often depart from the tourist area, and then go along the trail through an old pine forest and a primeval forest. Although the path is steep, the diversity of the forest ecosystem and the cool climate of Lam Vien plateau excite visitors.

This is a stop-over in the pine forest. The route to the peak of Lang Biang is not too long, between 10 and 12 kilometers, suitable for trekking during the day or camping overnight to hunt clouds. If tourists choose to go overnight, they will experience the sunrise in the forest. Lang Biang is not too high and too difficult to climb. However, to conquer 12 kilometers of forest path with steep terrains, visitors should have good fitness, wear convenient clothes, and shoes with good grip.

Simple, light luggage helps visitors experience the forest scene to the fullest. Since the road is steep, wet and slippery, Viet Anh advises trekkers to have a trekking pole.

In rainy season, visitors should bring raincoats, warm clothes, anti-leech socks, flashlights, snacks, and should not wear high heels and summer clothes. Viet Anh warns that there will be forest sections with no phone connection, thus visitors should go with a guide, or hire a local guide to ensure safety. Visitors should be aware of gathering their own trash and bring it to the trash-gathering place.
