Tra Que Village, established in the 16th century, is situated on an island encircled by the Co Co River and Tra Que Lagoon. With its fertile alluvial-sandy soil and temperate climate, the village has a long-standing tradition of organic vegetable farming. In 2003, Hoi An city officially launched the “Tra Que Vegetable Village” tourism tour, allowing visitors to experience the daily life and work of local farmers. It is estimated that the destination welcomes between 20,000 and 30,000 visitors annually.
