At the complex, visitors can hire the submersible watercraft Seabreacher, the first of its kind in Vietnam. The two-seat vessel can travel at 33km per hour at a depth of 1.5 meters underwater.

Another new service is Flyboard, a board connected by a long hose to a watercraft. With water forced down under pressure from the board, people can be lifted 9 – 10 meters in the air.

The complex is run by the Hon Tam Nha Trang Sea Joint Stock Company.
