To meet traveler expectations, Hanoi is actively developing new tourism products, including night tours, agricultural experiences, golf getaways, and community-based tourism in ethnic minority areas. The city is also exploring a metro-based tourism route, offering a green and convenient way to visit attractions across the capital.

Hanoi’s outreach extends beyond its borders. In July, the city co-hosted a cultural and tourism promotion event with China's Guangzhou and is preparing to attend the first Global City Tourism Summit in Busan, the Republic of Korea, this September. Promotional activities in Osaka and Nagoya, Japan.

Communication efforts have intensified through online platforms, including the city tourism department’s website and social media channels, helping to build Hanoi’s image as a dynamic, welcoming destination.

In the time ahead, the capital will launch a series of events, notably the Hanoi Beverage Festival 2025 and the debut of new products under the theme “Hanoi Tourism – Convergence of Quintessence 2025.” These activities are expected to drive momentum during the peak tourism season.

With a proactive and creative approach, Hanoi is positioning itself as one of Southeast Asia’s most compelling destinations where tradition meets innovation, and every visit offers a blend of the familiar and the new.
