Singapore Tourism Board and Ben Thanh Tourist Service Corporation signing cooperation agreement |
The program aims to promote Singaporean tourism market, creating tourism products and services for visitors with good quality, thereby building Vietnamese tourism’s brand and reputation, especially BenThanh Tourist and Vietravel. Over the past time, BenThanh Tourist and Vietravel have become Vietnam’s top operators for high quality tours to Singapore.
Accordingly, BenThanh Tourist and Singapore Tourism Board will boost cooperation in developing tourism products and brands, and conduct marketing campaigns, among others. During the signing ceremony, BenThanh Tourist also held a program to introduce a string of tours to Singapore.
According to General Director of BenThanh Tourist Nguyen Ngoc Hoai, Singapore is considered the company’s strategic market in Southeast Asia. Therefore, the strategic cooperation between the two sides contributes to developing new tourism products for Vietnamese visitors to experience, thereby heightening the cooperation and creating favorable conditions for both sides to attract more tourists.
Regarding Viettravel, the two sides will promote cooperation in bringing new experiences to visitors in fields of both regular tour and MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and events) tour, developing promotional and marketing campaigns, and improving quality of tours to Singapore, to name but a few.

Mrs. Huynh Phan Phuong Hoang, Deputy Director of Vietravel noted that it is forecast that tourism industry will recover in 2024. Currently, Singapore is an attractive destination among Vietnamese tourists. Vietravel expects the number of tourists to Singapore via the company’s service will reach 20,000. “Therefore, we hope that the cooperation will bring many new travelling experiences to Vietnamese tourists,” she added.
