Jetstar Pacific to resume flights to Osaka on September 20
Jetstar Pacific airline announced on September 19 that it will resume flights between Hanoi/Da Nang and Osaka, Japan on September 21 after the Kansai international airport completes reparation of damaged caused by super typhoon Jebi.
Accordingly, as from September 21, the low-cost airline will operate four return flights each on the Hanoi-Osaka and Da Nang-Osaka routes.

Flights to Osaka will depart from Hanoi’s Noi Bai airport every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and those to Hanoi from Osaka will depart every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
On the Da Nang-Osaka route, there will be a flight from Da Nang every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, while flights on the opposite direction will be on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Jetstar Pacific had to suspend a total of 38 flights between Vietnam and Osaka from September 4-20.
Super typhoon Jebi, the strongest to hit Japan for 25 years, landed in Japan on September 4, causing severe damage. The Kansai airport was submerged under sea water and the only bridge connecting the airport to mainland was damaged, disrupting transport.
Hundreds of flights to and from Kansai International Airport have been cancelled.
