The management board of the Hoa Lo Prison Relic Site is responsible for managing and promoting the tourist site in accordance with the Law on Tourism and other relevant legal documents.
Though a number of changes have been made, the arduous struggle has never faded away in the memories of Hanoi citizens. Even the dark and cold prison of Hoa Lo during that period could not break the patriotism of the political prisoners and the people of Hanoi and the whole country in the liberation of the capital, putting an end to the domination of the French colonialists over Vietnam.
