Ha Long Carnival 2023 draws the attendance of famous singers, dancers, highlighting the traditions and cultural identities of ethnic minorities in some Vietnamese provinces, and in the world.
Ha Long Carnival 2023 is a place where the best things converge. The musical melodies along Ha Long beach, street performances played by more than 2,000 artists, in combination with models of sail cars, corals, sea shells, and rocky mountains... create special values of the carnival brand.
In addition to the onshore activities, Ha Long Carnival 2023 also attracts the participation of cruise ships on Ha Long Bay decorated with colorful lights, along with a 15-minute low-range firework performance, featuring the image of a fanciful, dreamy Ha Long.

Carnival Ha Long is part of the activities of the summer tourist season, especially during the National Reunification Day (April 30) and International Labor Day (May 1) holidays; towards the 60th founding anniversary of Quang Ninh province, the 30th anniversary of Hong Gai town becoming Ha Long city.
During the holidays, in Ha Long city, nine cultural and tourism activities will be held, such as an art exhibition on Ha Long city; dance groups festival; a festival at Tran Quoc Nghien Temple; kite festival, among others.
Localities in the province have also held many meaningful activities to welcome visitors during the holidays.
