On November 17, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Do Van Chien visited and sent congratulations to teachers and students of Quy Mong Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary Schools in Quy Mong commune, Tran Yen district, Yen Bai province.

At the meeting, given that paying attention to education contributes to developing human resources for the country, the official confirmed that the Party and the State continue to listen to teachers’ opinions and aspirations to adjust policies in accordance with reality.
The same day, the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh province held a ceremony to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Vietnamese Teachers’ Day and receive the First-class Independence Order.
Over the past four decades, the province’s education quality has improved constantly. Ninh Binh is always listed in the Top 10 cities and provinces with high achievements in terms of number of students passing entrance exams to colleges and universities.
Notably, this year, the province's education quality has continued to improve, with the average score of high school graduation exams ranking second nationwide. In addition, the provincial education sector has been awarded with many noble titles and commendations by the Party and State.
Also on November 11, CMC University, the first digital university in Vietnam and an affiliate of CMC Corporation, was debuted and started the first school year in Hanoi.

CMC University sets a goal of developing a "smart, innovative and creative university" in the 2022-2032 period. It targets to be a "research university" from 2032 and develop into a university of technology strong in fields such as computer science, information systems, electronics-telecommunication, automation and other fields associated with the country’s development requirements in science and technology and digital economy with 20,000-30,000 students by 2039.
In the first course of the school, nearly 400 students are trained. Best students will get scholarships totaling VND 69 billion from the "CMC - Because you deserve" scholarship.
