Vietnam, Japan promote human resource development cooperation
PANO - The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA) and the Chiba Prefecture's Government (Japan) have just signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on human resource development.
The MoU aimed to further promote cooperation between Vietnam and Japan in human resource development.

Accordingly, the MoU will establish a framework of cooperation between the two sides in human resources, including the exchange of engineers, technicians, trainees, and international students in areas that both sides concern.
Currently, more than 14,000 Vietnamese workers are working in Chiba and are highly appreciated by local enterprises for their hardworking attitude and diligence.
