Delegates congratulate recipients of the Ton Duc Thang Award.

At the ceremony, the organizing panel presented Certificates of Merit, the Ton Duc Thang Award symbol, and a cash prize of VND 50 million each to 11 outstanding engineers and workers, namely Nguyen Thi Loan (Management Board of Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Agricultural Park); Doan Huu Cuong (Biotechnology Center of Ho Chi Minh City); Nguyen Van Tan (Power Transmission Company 4); Tran Phuong Kiet (Ho Chi Minh City High Voltage Power Grid Company, Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation); Tran Van Thien (Ben Thanh Water Supply JSC, Saigon Water Corporation); Huynh Truong Khoa (Nissei Electric Vietnam Co., Ltd.); Nguyen Van Dung (Intel Products Vietnam Co., Ltd.); Vo Tan Dinh (Thong Nhat Rubber Co., Ltd.); Nguyen Van Loc (Vard Vung Tau Ltd.); Nguyen Tang Phap (Samsung Ho Chi Minh City CE Complex Electronics Co., Ltd.); and Lam Van Truong (Jabil Vietnam Co., Ltd.).

Initiated in 2000, the Ton Duc Thang Award is a prestigious honor given by Ho Chi Minh City to engineers and workers with technical initiatives and practical scientific research applied to production and business. These individuals are noted for their continuous learning and innovation, meeting the development requirements of the city and the country.

Over the past 25 years, 268 outstanding individuals have been honored. The award has become a launchpad for a large number of individuals, contributing to building a workforce with high skills, expertise, and creative thinking.
