* On the same day, Division 5 (Military Region 7), in coordination with sister units, visited and distributed 320 Tet gift sets (each valued from VND 600,000 to 900,000) to wounded and sick soldiers, policy families, revolutionary contributors, and poor people in Tay Ninh province.

* On January 31, in A Luoi district, Thua Thien Hue province, the Military Youth Advisory Board collaborated with the Department of Political Affairs of Military Region 4, the provincial military command and Chapter of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Organization, and Defense-Economic Unit 92 under Military Region 4 to organize the “United spring - warm Tet for troops and people” program. The organizing panel presented over 40 houses, 12 scholarships, 35 bicycles, more than 200 warm clothes, over 200 Chung cakes, and over 1,000 gift sets to policy beneficiaries and revolutionary contributors. The total value of the projects and gifts in the program was nearly VND 9.2 billion.

* On January 31, the Ho Chi Minh City Chapter of the Vietnamese Students Association, in collaboration with various units, organized the program “Spring journey” to send disadvantaged students and laborers back to their hometowns for Tet. Free buses and train tickets helped transport 2,200 disadvantaged students and laborers to the Central region’s provinces.

* On January 31, the Da Nang municipal Labor Federation organized a Tet gift-presentation program for its trade union staff. The agency presented 300 Tet gifts (each valued at VND 1 million) to 300 trade union staff at grassroots level.

* The same day, the Dak Lak provincial Labor Federation organized the “Reunited Tet, shared Spring” program and handed over 425 Tet gifts (VND 800,000 each) to trade union members and needy workers.

* On January 31, the Central Committee of the Vietnamese Students Association organized a scholarship award program for its needy members on the occasion of Tet 2024. During the program, the organizing committee awarded 30 scholarships, each valued at VND 2 million, and 30 Tet gifts, VND 1 million each, to personnel facing difficult circumstances.
