Child patients at the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion with Mid-Autumn festival cakes and fruits

During the festival entitled “Dreams of Mid-Autumn Festival” at Hospital K, 75 gifts valued at VND 50 million were presented by the hospital and the fund “Brighter Tomorrow” to child patients. With the gifts, the donors hoped to ease the child patients’ pains and encourage them to win over diseases.

Meanwhile, the Vietnam National Children’s Hospital also organized the Pink Mid-Autumn Festival for nearly 2,000 child patients. At the festival, 2,555 gifts and thousands of free meal coupons were presented to child patients. Besides, 350 child patients from poor families received a total support of VND 369 million.

Similarly, 400 gifts were given to child patients during the Mid-Autumn festival held at the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion by the staff and charitable teams named “Open heart” and “Love-sharing.” Apart from the gifts, the patients enjoyed circus performances, lion dances, songs and tasted Mid-Autumn festival cakes and fruits.
