Meaningful gifts for children in Ha Giang
PANO - The Youth Union organization of the Center for Information Technology and the To Quoc (Fatherland) Online Newspaper under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism have just organized the "Bringing books to mountains and islands" program for students of Sa Phin Semi-boarding Ethnic Minority Primary and Secondary School in Sa Phin commune, Dong Van district, Ha Giang province.
With the theme "Library on stone," the program has given 1,500 books, including reference books, skill books, English books, historical stories, comics, fairy tales, etc., and audiobook library.
In addition, youths have also organized activities such as folk games, reading books, screening movies for children in mountainous areas. The gifts were small but brought a lot of value and knowledge to teachers and students in the border areas, thereby contributing to realizing the dreams of children here.
